On 9-15-06, at 5:30 p.m. I called to order a pizza to have delivered at my home from the Dominos on 8130 Cliffdale Road, Fayetteville, NC. Just having had surgery, I figured this was an easy way to have dinner. I spoke with a Chris whose first question to him was if he delivered in the Woodland Village Subdivision and he assured me they did. So I placed my order. At 6:20 I received a call from Dominos from a girl stating that her "manager" had instructed her to call me back and tell me they did not deliver to my area. That I had to contact Raeford to order a pizza. I asked her if this in deed was the case, why did they wait 45 minutes to get back with me. And why would I need to order from Raeford when I lived in Fayetteville. I then spoke with a Trandone(?) who told me he was the manager and told me the same thing. After explaining where exactly I lived, he told me that he would have a pizza delivered "as soon as possible because we are busy." When I asked how long that would be he stated another 45 minutes. I waited another hour and called back to find out if the pizza was going to be delivered and again was told as soon as possible because they were busy. When I asked who I was speaking with, the party at dominos hung up on me. I spoke with a Willie, Chris, some female, and the manager Tradone. The fifth person I spoke to, again, hung up on me. 45 minutes later, a female called me to ask directions to the house that they were going to deliver a pizza. I at that time told her we had already eaten dinner and did not want the pizza. This was a VERY rude and uncourteous act on the part of Dominos on Cliffdale for not having gotten in touch with me right after I ordered if they could not deliver, and I could therefore have made other arrangements, but they still kept me waiting for over two hours. I know I won't order from Dominos again and I'll surely share my experience with others. I'm contacting friends to have them check to see if this complaint does in deed appear on-line or if it is deleted, which is what I'm expecting Dominios to do.
