Then go to the Olive Garden. Since was a kid, the Olive Garden Restaurant has *always* been my favorite.
When I was growing up I was aloud to choose which place I wanted to eat at, and of course I *always* chose the Olive Garden. I absolutely love their salad, and the hand shredded cheese they put on it is a bonus to the already great tasting Salad. Not to mention their warm, garlic bread sticks....the best around!
And my favorite entrée would be the Chicken Parmesan...simply the best I have tasted. You will never leave this place hungry as they keep the salad & bread sticks coming as long as you are dining there. In fact I was always bad about eating so much salad that I had barely any room left for the main course!
The staff here at the Olive Garden in Barboursville is on top of everything, from drink refills to more salad. They are constantly coming by your table & making sure that everything is going alright. They even treat the kids like little adults. That in my book gets an A+. My kids love it when the waiter or waitress asks them what they'd like to eat or drink & have a conversation with them. They make kids feel like they are important & they matter :0)
Definitely recommended for a nice, quiet family get together...that is if it's not your birthday. If it's your birthday & you happen to get sang to, look to be a bit embarrassed as they sing a bit on the loud side to you--but hey isn't that what birthdays are all about!?
