My partner and I stopped in at this restaurant for a quick breakfast on a recent road trip through California. I had never eaten at this chain before but the sign outside said they have "the best breakfast in town". We had the unfortunate experience of being served the wrong order. It should have been readily apparent to me as we were served food only about 3 minutes of having ordered it. It wasn't obvious at first: I had asked for biscuits and both plates came with toast, but since our dog was in the car waiting for us, I let that slide and didn't say anything. After digging in (and seeing what we HAD ordered go up on the hot table) I knew it was wrong and the waitress knew it too, since the people who got our orders could easily see that theirs was wrong. Instead of correcting her mistake, the server ignored us until she had to offer my partner more coffee. She made a joke about the mystery breakfast! My eggs were hard and inedible. My husband got a "meat lovers" omelette which he found inedible. All in all, it was a very disappointing way to start the day. I sent an email to corporat headquaters but got no response..another disappointing sign. I'd think twice about visiting this establishment again.
