Review content:
Eola's location in downtown Natchez can not be beat and their lobby area is utterly enchanting. If you are looking for Old World charm, you do not need to look any further.
The staff is friendly and very eager to please, although the front desk people need to learn a bit more about their town to be really effective.
The rooms are very different from each other - some are quite nice, some rather cramped, but they all show a lack of proper maintenance. The room attendants also need to learn that the Do Not Disturb sign means "do not disturb"/ Knocking on the door when the sign is up is annoying and unnecessary.
Another thing the management needs to think of is the Internet access - in today's world this is no longer a luxury, but rather a necessity. And if they do not provide it (preferably free of charge...), I'll just stay somewhere else instead.
