I've been there a few times, and treatment on a scale of 0-5 (5 being outstanding) it was a 3.25. I was treated well for my first two visits at the center. Then came an ill fated weekend visit, that was canceled and no one in the office bothered to call 'us patients' to let us know. I waited in the rain and wind for over an hour and a half, as support staff filed in through the back door. Others traveled great distances, to wait in the rain too. Then, when I came in the following week to reschedule for the Dr. I was to see. He seemed that he could be but so bothered. So I'll vote with my feet, and seek care some where else. I am glad that I saw him, in a very informal manner, so I now know not to make an appointment to be seen by him or his psych staff. Perhaps he had a long day, but you know we all have long days and complicated lives. One stop shopping for arthritis pain management, with psych support, was more than this woman could hope for. Hope you have better luck than me. Disappointed patron-patient
