Review content:
Although expensive, this is a wonderful store if you're in need of basic or eccentric kitchen tools, bowls, electronics, knives, and even towels, dishware, and some seasonal cooking mixes.
Customer service is excellent - staff just bends over backwards to be of help - I went in today and found one woman helping a customer have items shipped to Mexico free of charge, another woman ringing up a large selection of merchandise, and with no one else nearby to help me, she fielded my question in the middle of ringing her customers up.
Just know that if you're looking for a more basic item, you might find it cheaper at, say, Bed Bath and Beyond, but you cannot beat some of the cooking mixes and sauces, and original items sold here.
