We too priced out several fencing companies and chose Sweezey. My husband was home when they 1st came out and when they asked him to review the layout, to confirm what we we wanted, he told them that I was in charge of the planning (which I was), so they called me and I reviewed everything with them. I had to make a few minor layout changes as we went along, and they complied w/o an addtl fee.
The workers were professional and answered any questions/concerns I had. They were at the house 1st thing every morning except one, and they had advised us of this a day ahead of time so we weren't caught off guard. They even came on a Saturday to finish the job, as we had advised that we would like the job completed by the beginning of the following week.
The only complaint - if you want to call it that - is that they did not call to confirm the exact date they were going to show up. They had advised that they would be @ the house "towards the beginning of the week," but did not confirm the date/time. Luckily, my husband was off that morning and was there when the work began. Had he not been, I would have been on the phone w/the company to straighten out any issues - I have no problem doing that.
But again, otherwise, we were happy with the work. The privacy fence we had built is gorgeous (the neighbors keep complimenting us on it). It was exactly what we wanted, and the addition of a dog "playground" area could not have turned out any better.
