your money after the damage is done. I don't trust the entire salon. Went in for a feathered layer look for long hair and well, I might of as well been put on a chopping block for the ole chipper. The hair got layered in a chopped up way. Thank God I have hair left to allow for correction. I am going to try the Fantastic Sams in Porter Ranch to see if they can fix it, but don't know if I should even try that. Reseda Beauty Salon might be my best bet since they do good hair trims anyway.
Ok, I am going into West Coast CutsnColor this morning, let us see what they can do.
OMG! They still suck! On my way to another salon I stopped by Fantastic Sams for a refund, when I asked they got a bad attitude and denied my refund. I haven a review comming up for the salon I went to for the hair repair, look for West Coast Cuts and Color.
