Review content:
I can't believe nobody has reviewed this place yet.
It's my pick for the best quick lunch taqueria in Seattle. Atmosphere is similar to what you might find in many Mexican seaside resort towns. Not fancy, but not a dive either.
Their selection of ingredients--for tacos, burritos, salads, what have you--are much broader than you'll find at the chains, including shrimp and fresh fish. Lots of freshly chopped vegetable and herbs too.
And they spot grill many of the meats too--instead of dishing the ingredients out of steaming tubs of goo.
Staff is friendly. You can sample their medley of hot sauces while they prepare your food.
If I had to walk past three Taco del Mars to get to Blue Water, I would do it.
And I actually love the food at Taco del Mar.
