Review content:
I am disgusted by the service I just received at the Mavis in Commack, NY. I brought my car in for two rear tires. They said it would be about an hour. I went to across the street for lunch and came back and they had my car up on the lift with the front and rear tires off and the hood open trying to up sell me everything from brakes to alignment. Then I had to wait while they put it all back together. There is no reason to take the front wheels off to change the two rear tires. I will never do business with Mavis again and and will recommend to anyone else I know in the area not to use this shop. There used to be a Precision Tune across the street from this Mavis that did business this way and they are no longer in business. Pretty sure that's the way Mavis is headed.
