Review content:
We deal with 99% Sutter Gould doctors and have had excellent care of attention from our physicians. Admittedly the staff can sometimes be less than knowledgeable, only semifriendly, and often lack either the experience or the basic triage skills to handle an urgent issue well. However, the doctors we have worked with have been both skilled and concerned. Having multiple chronic conditions it is imperative I find and become comfortable in the care of specialists who often have had no experience with my diagnosis so we have to learn together.
Overall, I am happy to have my children and my spouse and I cared for by our Sutter Gould physicians. Even the hospital has done very well during my four admissions in the past year.
