Looking for an 'Oldie"? A "Blast from the Past"?
Got your self humming an old tune and can't seem to find it anywhere?
You need to visit Floyd's Record Shop. If Floyd's doesn't have it, I bet he can get it for you.
I had an urge to purchase an album from my high school days (back in the 60's). I couldn't find the album anywhere. That is until I remembered about Floyd's Record Shop in Ville Platte, La.
It was a good drive and took a little time but it was well worth the trip. "Dominic" by the Singing Nuns; that was my desire. I remembered having to listen to it in French Class and the tune from Dominic had been rattling in my mind for many years. I had once purchased the album in High School to translate it for French Class. My mom had no idea where the album was so I set out to find another one. Floyd's helped me out. They had it in stock. Can you believe that???
