Strike Zone, I think is the more expensive bowling alley to go to by $2 or so....but they have a SUPER NEAT galactic bowling they do at night, I know on teh weekends, but not sure about weekdays. They get the disco ball going with the different colored lights, and some "old school music" - well, 90's dance stuff, some 80's. The bowling shoes glow too! It is just neat, what can I say!
Like I said they are a bit pricey compared to others, this one is the only one on the East End though. You can do a galactic bowling party for say a birthday or something. You get (I believe) 2hrs bowling, unlimited people, 2 lanes for $200. They supply you with pizza, soda & popcorn. Not to mention the plates, cups & plastic-ware. Not bad considering you could have 30kids & adults bowl for 2hrs for that!
My kids LOVE the galactic bowling! They beg me to take them all the time.
DOWNFALL, they "claim" to wax the floors so you get your "slide" going on. But I beg to differ! I fell and busted my bottom-literally- the first time I bowled there!
