I just recently checked out the Scottsdale Salty Senorita bar/restaurant (there's also one in Mesa) and I've decided they have the best chips in the Valley! They are light, fresh, and delectable! The salsa was good, too.
The atmosphere is that of a Mexican cantina. It can get quite noisy, so don't go there if you want to have a quiet dinner. It's a fun atmosphere, and the servers are very friendly and attentive.
Quite honestly, I wasn't super-impressed with the food, so next time, I would stick to the chips and salsa, or maybe try the nachos. This bar/restaurant is definitely worth checking out, though, if only for the chips!
