Review content:
We used Mary Ellen at Kaiser because of a referral from a friend. We got everything that we were looking for - big kitchen and big yard at the price that we were looking at. To top it all off, our neighbors are great and we were able to make it happen with perfect timing for the end of our lease (and for the current tenants to move into their new house). We got a randomly assigned agent from FC Tucker that was very pushy and wanting us to put an offer in on a house that we saw problems with (and was only the second house that we looked at). Mary Ellen would walk into a house with us and tell us straight off that the house is overpriced. She had our best interests at heart. That means that she will get referrals. Putting us in a house that we will regret purchasing later just to make a fast sale will make us give him any referrals. Mary Ellen also worked around our schedules. I leave at 6AM and don't get home from work until after 6:30PM. I really appreciate that she would show us a house that late if we needed to move fast on a house.
