Review content:
I recently started working in downtown Bellevue and noticed this salon when I was at lunch with some coworkers. (It's next door to Chutneys). The outside looked inviting, but the interior put me off because there were quite a few chairs and it seemed noisy. However, I hadn't been overly impressed with the last few haircuts I'd gotten both at Gene Juarez and Salon Matarazzo so I decided to give it a try.
I am glad I did. Natalya gave me a great cut and really only took a small amount of the length off when I said I wanted a trim. My hair had a great shape and bounce to it once she was done. I also appreciated that she didn't try to talk me into buying more hair products or getting my hair colored. She showed me how I could style my hair in about 5 minutes and use by hands rather than a round brush to add some volume.
The interior of the salon could be a little more deluxe and intimate, but the end result was well worth the $50 I paid.
