Moe was answering his phone on New Year's Day, and was quick to offer to fix my Saab the next day (a Saturday!). Not only did he know immediately what needed attention, but he talked me through the reasoning behind his diagnosis. As someone who knows a little bit about cars, it's refreshing to have a mechanic talk to you as if you are more than a complete idiot.
His pricing seemed fair and reasonable, but what's more important to me is that he came across as honestly interested in helping me to get my car into good shape and keep it that way. If you're looking for reasonable and quality Saab service, I recommend that you check Moe out.
