We knew exactly what we wanted. Fisher & Paykel has the only stainless fridge that would fit in our kitchen and doesn't have those black textured sides. It's also a decent price - for stainless. We started off at Albert Lee and were intimidated. They don't advertise prices, and the wait for a salesperson (especially on a Saturday) can be daunting. So, we headed off to Almvig's. We're not much for shopping, and just wanted to order our fridge and go home. We set up a delivery date, and my partner took the day off of work. By 1:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date- there was no sign of our new fridge. My partner called Almvig's only to find out that the fridge was on back order and wasn't due in for another week. Apparently, the salesperson at Almvig's had no intention of calling to tell us this. She did apologize, but the damage was done. Really, how inconsiderate! We canceled our order with Almvig's, received a full refund and bought the fridge for the same price at Albert Lee.
