Dr. Clark has been my doc for more than 7 years. She is pretty great - approachable, knowledgeable, sensitive. But she tends to consistently run way behind schedule. I'm used to waiting at least 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I've stayed with her because she listens to me, makes time for me, and does a great job of exploring options with her patients. I've also stayed with her in spite of the mediocre experiences I've had with the front desk staff. They're not the friendliest crew. They often seem tired, irritated, and nervous. I've also had experiences where the front desk reception has neglected to pass along messages to Dr. Clark. Once - they forgot to ask Dr. Clark to call in one of my prescriptions. A good consumer needs to decide what does and does not work for them.
