Sept 2005: I hired the store Owner to build me a new PC tower. He took my old tower in trade, assuring me everything would be transferred from the old to the new. He also said he needed payment up front to buy the parts (!?). What I got was a defective computer made with USED parts! He also sold off my old hard drive before ensuring everything was correctly saved, and he managed to lose everything I had on the old computer - years of pictures, tax returns, files, etc. He was obnoxious and rude about everything! When I asked for my money back, I had wait 3 days because he said he never used checks (?!), and then tried to give me wads of crumpled up bills. I also had to fight him to get him to pay me the value of the computer I traded in, since according to him, it was "gone". NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
