Review content:
The American Club, the midwest's only 5 diamond resort is right in Milwaukee's backyard. This place is amazing. The suites are beautiful, the dinners are fabulous and the golf is spectacular. There is a shuttle that connects you to the shops at Kohler for specialty stores and a few places to eat. There is also a grocery store for you to stop at. The Kohler Waters Spa is right next to the hotel and boasts an impressive array of services. The staff here is second to none. They are as professional and gracious as can be. This is not a place for children, although you see them often. I would recommend a stay for a special occasion. There are packages for summer and winter, although the rates have gone up slightly since Whistling Straits hosted the PGA Championship.
