If you want a full day's worth of rides, games, treats and fun but don't want to spend $400 for a family of four, Adventure City is the place to be! With admission that hovers around $15 and a great, small scale array of kid-friendly roller coasters, rides, amusements and activities, you really can't beat Adventure City! It's all packed into a pretty small area- so at the end of the day, you aren't dog-tired and your feet won't be killing you! Yet the lines are usually small enough and the activities are plentiful enough that the kids can play all day and not get bored! This park is ideal for the 8 and under set, in my opinion- with most rides being suitable enough for 2 and up. There is one ride that is for older children (6+ ish?), but most rides can easily accomodate all preschool aged children. There is a nice petting zoo, live puppet/singing shows, an arcade, a train ride and they even host birthday parties or group events. The food is totally kid-friendly, affordably priced and there is a great little Thomas the Train area for play and lots of Thomas toys available for purchase. If you haven't been to Adventure City, you have to try it!
