Though the people who work there wear white coats, don't be decieved, they have NO IDEA what they're doing. I first went there to replace lens' for my existing glasses (very expensive Face a Face frames) and by the time I got them back, one of the structural screws on the facade were missing. I asked about this and the fella in the white coat (who is NOT a doctor or anything of the sort) said, it couldn't be helped since the "screw was stripped anyway, so I just glued it together with nail polish". WTF??? Real reason, of course, is that he just lost the damn thing. I should have learned my lesson at that point, but unfortunately, I have faith in humanity. A month or two later, because that critical screw was missing and my frames were just glued together, I dropped the glasses and the lens popped out. I took it back to them to fix what they had originally broken, and when they returned it, he (the same fake doctor) had slopped glue all over one side of my glasses and it looked like s**t. They fell apart as soon as I put them on. Ok, so then because I had no glasses to wear out of that place, I had to buy another pair from there. Long story short, he doesn't know how to fit frames and despite 3 separate visits to get them refitted, he failed completely. Completely disgusted by his utter incompetance, I tried fitting the glasses myself and ended up breaking them. After all that, I've learned my lesson and have now taken my business elsewhere. I'd rather spend my $600 dollars elsewhere. DO NOT, under any circumstances, waste your money here. It is a place of incompetance and failure.
