This review is specifically about their service department.
I noticed a problem with my odometer display and took it into my FAVORITE repair place, Maynards.

They diagnosed the problem and told me that it was covered under my extended warranty but I would need to take it back to David Hobbs to be covered.
In a nutshell, I WAS told that it could be fixed in one day - no need for a car rental/replacement. No problems. I got THE phone call later in the afternoon saying that they were not able to find anything wrong.
I had to EXPLAIN IT AGAIN and told them to call Maynards for a better explanation.
Got another call to pick it up. It's ready.
Got there and nothing was done.
They had to order a part which would be in within a few days. They'd call me back soon.
That was about three weeks ago.
Can their customer service get any worse???????????
Did they forget about me because it's warranty work? No cash outta my pocket? Or are they just that bad?
We'll see . . . . . .
