Businiess name:  Noble Coffee Roasters Inc

Review content:
My friend discovered Noble Coffee Roasters by accident one recent summer afternoon while driving through Washingtonville, NY. We visited Noble last week and I was delighted about this find. Noble sits in a grey rectangular building in the middle of the countryside in bucolic Campbell Hall, NY. You can't miss it as it is the only building of its type. Several Hudson Valley retail businesses serve Noble Coffee or offer it for sale as a takeout item (it's available at Crossroads Cafe in Monroe). Noble is a coffee roaster that has a wonderful indoor space to enjoy your favorite cup of joe, a sandwich, or dessert. On the hot day we visited, coming indoors was akin to entering a cool cave. There is an indoor waterfall that has a calming, cooling effect on the entire space. Coffee is available by the cup or you can purchase beans. Enjoy a sandwich, soft drink and a variety of baked goods made right on the premises. We enjoyed delicious coconut macaroons, a fresh fruit tart w/marzipan, and a lighter than air tiramisu. Noble is about 1 mile past the County Courthouse. Open seven days/week.
