Review content:
I have been going to this practice since it's beginning as 21st Century Pediatrics.
Dr. B is a wonderful doctor and I can say the same of 99% of the other doctors I've seen there. But herein lies the problem. What was once a very personal and friendly office has become a ... mill. The last few times I've come in I've waited over an hour and a half to just get back to the exam room. Doctors come and go as well as office staff, once very personable now rather curt and cranky. Where once upon a time I could call and get my questions answered promptly from a real person, I now get a recorded message saying someone will call me back within 48 hours, and that even gets overlooked sometimes and I have to call back and wait another 48. There are so many employees in the office that it's just created confusion. I know business has been great but there comes a time when you need to say, "We're not taking new patients at this time", because we are patients not "a business" and I don't like feeling like my children are looked upon as one of a herd of cattle. I liked the good old days when I could walk in and have a friendly face say "Hi Mrs.____, how are you today?" and when I could call with a question about one of my kids, they'd know who I was talking about, I mean it has been 14 years. As I said before, the doctors here are excellent, you couldn't ask for better. Just... two many cooks spoil the soup.
