Businiess name:  Derby Salon
Review by:  Lourdes O.
Review content:
I wanted to really like this salon, and I'd read a good review of Tova, one of the stylists - so I called to make a haircut appt., got their message machine (during business hours?) but I did receive a prompt call-back. I made an appointment for the next day. When I went to go get my haircut (after paying for parking) - a receptionist (??) who seemed to be about 16 greeted me - I told her I was here for my haircut with Tova, and she said, "That can't be - she's here but she's working the festival" (there was a neighborhood festival going on.) It turns out they'd written down my appointment for the wrong week. Did I get an apology, or did they even offer to try and find me another stylist who might be able to cut my hair? Absolutely not. She looked at me like it was my fault, and then basically sat there, not knowing what to do. I understand that mistakes happen, but they should apologize and offer to make it right - I was very disappointed and won't be returning here.
