I am a huge fan of diners! Of course, I don't eat at them as often as I'd like because diner-style food is not usually very friendly on the waistline, but still they are great for a treat!
One of my favorites is Deluxe, located at Broadway and 113th. Their hamburgers and cheeseburgers are delicious! They will make a cheeseburger with virtually any type of cheese; I love the gorgonzola or blue cheese versions the best - the strong flavor of the cheeses really makes them stand out! They also make a great BLT with avocado, which has inspired great love from many of my friends.
Plus, their prices are not too bad, which is great news for a student like me!
