My husband and I have been looking forever to find that professional that "clicks" with our son who has now been diagnosed Aspergers/ADHD. The minute we walked through the door at Mercer Island Speech we knew we had found a match. Both Sonja and Lesa were welcoming, calm, and immediately able to connect with our son. He is seen in a group setting and in 1:1 sessions. We have noticed marked improvements in his social skills, ability to use his language to express himself and an obvious increase in his self esteem. I highly recommend this practice and have referred several people to Sonja and Lesa. They are dedicated therapists and good at what they do..........it shows!!
