This is a meat market. They do not care about your children. Their only interest is in the kickbacks they receive from the drug manufacturers and immunizations they try to push. If you disagree with the doctor, they kick you out.
Our short story: We have a history of Autism in our family that we believe may have been caused by infant immunizations and specifically the MMR shot which is a 3-shot combo. I have spent countless hours researching this and there is plenty of controversy surrounding these immunizations. Even respected doctors’ opinions in the New England Medical Journal differ on these immunizations. Enough so, that given our family history we wanted to delay these immunizations until our child was a little older and her immune system was more developed. Dr. David Silk was more interested in quoting the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines instead of respecting our freedom of choice. The kickback he was going to receive from the immunizations was more important than the welfare of our children. Instead of working with us to get the immunizations at a later time, he decided to withdraw further medical care for all of our children and kick us out.
I would recommend you find another Pediatric practice that cares for the well-being of your child. The group of Bellevue Pediatric physicians clearly does not!
