Review content:
This is a one man operation. Steve Emmert is the owner and has moved the business to Woodinville, WA. The owner's estimate was higher than every other reputable roof cleaning company that had placed a bid. I chose because he was a referral. He came to clean my cedar roof and cleaned the gutters. He stripped some of my house paint in the process. He estimated one bundle of shake but called to tell me he ran out with a couple of questionable shakes remaining. I asked to purchase another bundle but the owner stated he didn't have one with him and didn't want to have to come back. I told him to go ahead and finish up. He called me the next day asking for payment. I told him I'd like an invoice/receipt. He said he doesn't work that way. I found large roofing staples in my grass that found their way to my dog's mouth. Several shingles have now popped loose. I suppose we'll see the next time it rains. But for the price, there's far better with improved customer service and accountability.
