Have bought skis for years here, but never again. Owner Elizabeth will keep every dime and does not care about customers after purchase. Bought boots, didn't fit right. She wouldn't take back as they were rear model. Had coupon and tried to use while skis were getting maintained, she told me SOL and it's too late. Better off at Ski Market and Sports Authority in area. Ower will turn on you after purchase.
Also, had snowboard and one staff member told me to come back when Elizabeth was not around and would fit for free while Elizabeth demanded $15. Even her staff seems frustrated by her policies. Stay away.
