I went to Aubin Hardware to get assistance on a problem with one of there products. One young associate tried to help me but made the item worst. When I and the young associate that works at Aubin Hardware approached one of the owners named Paul, he rudely mentions he could not assist me and walked away. I have been going there for a lot of years and received great customer service, but the manager/CO owner named Paul was rude and not professional.
