I recently ordered my daughter a school jacket at 250.00 from this store. After several weeks i got a call it was done. I go to pick it up and walk in the store to find someone elses kid wearing my daughters 250.00 jacket. They were letting it be used as a test jacket. And it was paid for.Then the name was spelled wrong, then the stinch of cat pee would knock you down from where they take the jackets to their private residence to embroider it and let their multiple cats lay on the jacket. I had paid for this jacket when I ordered it and have the reseipt still. After speaking with the very rude owner, he claimed he would re-do the name and then have the jacket cleaned at his cost. Two days later they called me and said it was ready but after thinking about it he was not going to treat me any different than any other client and i take it stinking or leave it. i could pay for the cleaning myself. I never took the jacket but asked for my money back due to i didnt pay 250.00 for a cat bed to put on my daughters back who is allergic to cats by the way. He refused to give me my money back and has never given me the jacket in a clean condition. He still has the jacket and my money. I have proof of this also. I went to Greenfield and got the same jacket in perfect new condition and 59.00 cheaper than what I paid in Hillsboro for it. I see why he has gone out of business in Wilmington and after speaking to people i find he has done many like this. To all please go out of town for school items, we dont need merchants in our town like this one. getting rich of screwing people!!
