I visited their showroom in Bellevue on a slow Monday. No one offered to help us. In response to any questions about pricing, we were told to look online. In response to questions about linens, we were told to look online. The guy there begrudgingly created an estimate for us, but we left when they told us the only way we could see the linens was folded up without removing them from their plastic bags since removing them would cause them to have to be laundered. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and this is not the kind of company I would want to have to deal with if anything went wrong!
