Tony, after having such a bad experience, why did you go back? If I were to have such an experience somewhere, i would stay away. Why would the sales person argue with you about buying a more expensive bike? That just doesn't make sense. You question the other reviews and now I'm going to question yours. I have always had a great experience at Pgh Pro. I've gotten several bikes from them and I will continue going back. If they are more expensive on some product, they can justify the price with their customer service. You always get what you pay for.
