Review content:
We always had good luck with Pizza Hut, and love their Calzones. Filled with so much good stuff. Pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms and yummy sauce.
We have backed off of the College ave location after I ordered two Calzones to go. They told me it would be ready in 15 min.
Well it was more then a half hour later and I asked what was going on. They had to remake them because they were dropped on the floor. Well, ok least they told me and they said they were going to make two new ones. So I sat down and waited. I watched the kitchen to see how they did things, and I got a bit upset when a saw a girl sampling off of the pizzas that were waiting to go into the oven.
I waited for another 35 min. and asked again what was going on...They forgot about me. People that were eating in, looked at me and asked how big my order was. I said "just two Calzones". This one guy really got mad. I told him to relax.
I at last, (over an hour) received my Calzones.
I emailed the company and told them about my service and the girl eating off of the pizzas. They sent me coupons, but I haven't been back.
