Review content:
Dr. Poncy is the best doctor I've ever been to. She never makes me feel stupid for asking questions. And, she returns phone calls!! Can you believe it? I called in with a question about a prescription during the hour the office was closed for lunch, expecting a nurse to call me back, which would have been completely fine, but it was Dr. Poncy who returned my call. I think I like Dr. Poncy so much because she makes me feel as though she realizes that the health care industry is actually a service industry. She doesn't make you feel like she's doing you a favor by showing up for an exam which, sadly, a lot of doctors do.
