Review content:
This is an "American" diner with a Greek flair. It is open 24 hours and has a full bar. We stopped in with the intention of having dessert around 10 pm on a Friday night. Some of the diner was closed off but most of it was open. It doesn't seem like an authentic American diner necessarily because of the decoration, but it has a good selection and good hours and good service. We ended up getting the potato skins which were really good! For dessert we chose the "oreo cake" and the "German chocolate cake". These two are some of their single serving desserts you can see on the way into the restaurant.
These desserts weren't what we expected. The "oreo cake" was light chocolate cake layers (not as dark as a regular chocolate cake) with vanilla cream in between them and oreos as a middle layer.
The German chocolate cake was the same light chocolate cake with the standard GC icing in between the layers. Not bad, but not what we expected and not exciting.
If I were going back there for dessert I'd get the ice cream or the other non-single serving desserts so you know what you're getting. Or the potato skins!
