Review content:
The NOAC Barber Shop is only available to New Orleans athletic Club members. I would only go there if necessary and if I was an 80 year old man. Very retro, and I don’t think that’s on purpose to be hip. White glossy tiles and very bright lighting. Not much use unless you belong to the club.
