Review content:
Most people that I have talked to don't really like the service at the Ulta 3 salons. they say that hair cuts are nothing special and that the dye is never good. when I went, though, I really liked it. The ladies were really nice and they did a real nice job on my hair cut and hair do. The cost was a lot but they did a nice job. My mom went to get her hair dyed as well, and they did a real nice job too. I guess it depends on where you go and who you get to do your service.
