Businiess name:  Bubba Gump Shrimp
Review by:  Christine Z.
Review content:
Because this restaurant is one of the first you see when you're entering Navy Pier, it tends to get very crowded, and you can experience long wait times. Understandable. They have some outdoor seating in the nicer weather, which I enjoy, but unlike other Pier restaurants, the view is not of Lake Michigan. Seafood here is good, especially the coconut shrimp, but prices are not cheap, and worst of all, you have to suffer through the horrible Forrest Gump theme. They have a guy dressed like Forrest walking around; avoid at all costs. The atmosphere and style of the restaurant all center around that, which, to me is a little tired. Although the food isn't bad, I think you can find some better eating arrangements when you're visiting Navy Pier. Lesson here: Don't stop at the first restaurant you see!
