Businiess name:  Dyanna Body & Nail Salon Spa
Review by:  Rachael S.
Review content:
If, on the other hand, you want a rather painful "body rub" - think a full body "Indian Burn" - this is the place for you. My experience at Dyanna was definitely sub-par, it had nothing to do with massage and shouldn't have been advertised as such. The therapist had a medical, not therapeutic, background and the touch to prove it (yikes!). She did no deep work, just a rough body rub accompanied by complaints about how hard her job was. At one point she squirted cold oil directly from the bottle onto my leg, yikes! again. I suppose that I should have been grateful that the experience came to an end after only 45 minutes, except that they still expected me to pay for an hour's massage, and informed me that I was "very rude" for refusing to pay for service I didn't receive. (The spa menu I took from the box outside the door didn't specify that changing time was part of the hour). Oh, and did I mention that about 3/4 of the way through the massage the "Twin Peaks" theme song came on the stereo in the massage room? Not disturbing, but a little distracting...to say the least.
