I've had them as an ISP for a few years now. The service was generally ok, except for occasional outages and the fact that it was impossible to get anyone but a low-level techie on the phone. On Wednesday, my DSL stopped working. Tech support was unable to help, so I escalated it. I called 5 more times without result. Then on Friday morning, I was told that my acount had been cancelled. Why? My contract was up. Still, they were billing an active credit card and i received no notice at all. Furthermore, the ticket, which supposedly had been escalated was obviously ignored. If anyone had actually researched it, they would have found the answerinstantly. So, I transferred to billing, hoping to get it going by giving them one last chance. I got voice mail. So, I fired them in favor of the AOL/ATT DSL bundle which should become active this coming Friday. I have to say that the techies that answer the phone try to be helpful. However, their customer service and billing is TERRIBLE. Don't use them.
