the people at arif's were not interested in replacing a zipper on a three-quarter length jacket of mine, and sent me to the shoe-fix on Hawley street, who was interested, but was not able to deliver...
for the missing buttons ( the original reason for visiting arifs) on this craptastic jacket, i got to do the legwork and cross the street to noho wools for a couple of somewhat matching replacement buttons. maybe that is normal.
