Businiess name:  Kinchley's Tavern Inc.
Review by:  Dom M.
Review content:
NYC loves it's thick, cheese swamped slices. and while there are outposts where you can get a thinner, more delicate slice, none I have seen come close to Kinchley's cracker thin crust. My Bergen County friends told me to go here if I wanted to experience the ultimate in thin crust pizza. My wife is a big fan of this variety and I have, over the years, been coming around to her point of view. The great thing about thin crust is that the sauce, spices and cheese shine; they are not overwhelmed by the dough. At Kinchley's, that's exactly what happens - you bite into a crispy crust and the satisfying tang of sauce and cheese mix perfectly while you enjoy the crunch. Mmmmm. This is really good pizza served in an old-time tavern atmosphere. No slices and the pies are small so order a big one and you won't be disappointed. Very crowded at lunch but worth the wait.
