Businiess name:  Herb Chambers Saab

Review content:
Car dealerships don't need to help you out, it's that simple. Herb Chambers is one of the ones that applies that rule to its business. I had my saab towed there and the estimate for repairs was close to $2000. I paid $5000 for the car a year prior. No thanks, I said. I made some calls and got some Joe Nobody to say he'd do a partial job for $300 (to get me on the road again), or the full thing for about $800. With a little pressure applied to Herb Chambers, I got a call back saying they reworked the figures down to about $1400. This was still absurd, but what was more absurd was that if they were being fair in the first place, how could they find a way to cut back $600? To ease my mind, I went with the certified dealer. The end product, $390 in parts and $1010 in labor = $1400 on the head. Fishy. These guys are straight up cheats..but my car works and the service is warrantied. Rock and a hard place.
