This place has to be heaven!
The Waters in Minocqua, Wisconsin is a hotel that is beautiful in nature and hospitality.
My husband surprised me with this little trip last year and I want to go back again this year.
This hotel has large rooms and the one we stayed in had a fire place, two tv's (the husbands favorite) and your own private patio/balcony. You can go with another couple because they have two queen size beds and a hide away.
If you need something, just ask.
The Waters also has a water park, arcade, snack bar by the pool, restaurant (I recommend the walley )and bar.
Items to do around Minocqua: golfing, fishing, horse back riding, shopping, mini golf (almost beat my husband), hiking, lakes to behold to where you can watch the loons and find different tracks...even bear.
My husband and I tend to wake up early and we would sit out on our patio and watch the eagles fly over. Breath taking.
The Waters also serves a great breakfast buffet.
A bit pricey, but well worth it and they do have special package deals.
