My entire family have been patients of Dr Robert Ferreira for several years now and I can say without a doubt that he is the finest primary care physician I have ever met. He is not a pill pusher and only does tests that are necessary. He will send you to a specialist if needed without any hassle. There should be more doctors like him. He actually cares. You are not just a number in his office.
The office staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond. If you are sick and need to see a doctor immediately you can get in to see someone the same day you call. All referrals are done on a timely basis and you very rarely have to sit in the waiting room longer than 15 minutes. Sometimes I have just sat down and they are ready. This is a rarity in Florida. They are very professional but incredibly caring at the same time.
There is always a doctor on call in case one is on vacation and there is never a difficulty in getting an appointment. We have switched insurances several times due to our employer changing plans and they have always been very helpful in making any change or helping with prescriptions.
The entire office has a WOW factor of 10 and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new primary care physician. They are more than a five star office. They are a ten star office. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire office. They are a model of how doctors offices should be.
