Review content:
The most honorable of medical doctors and a gem of a man. "No man stands taller than when he stoops to help a child." Dr. Smith is the living embodiment of this phrase. He has helped so many children (even, while vacationing in Japan, I saw the award that he was given, once while I was in his office - as a child - and he told me the story of how he had been vacationing with his family in Japan and stopped to help an injured child. For this, he was given an award....and it made an lasting impression). One that I will never forget. I was his patient from the time I was 9 until a few years later when he left California to move to Texas. I am now in my 40's and walking better largely in no small part to the work he did. I will always remember his kindness during a time that was frought for me with medical trauma. He is the best.
